Epiphany Lutheran Church Welcomes You!
We take as our mission the task to reveal the love of God to our community through worship, study, witness and service.
Epiphany was founded in 1956 as an outreach ministry in the Nordonia Hills area. The congregation's ministry still reflects that history of outreach. We actively seek to support various ministries that touch the lives of people who need to know the Lord Jesus and who need His love. We are especially concerned with supporting programs that touch people who are hurting, forgotten, and least able to fend for themselves. We rejoice to gather in worship of our loving and gracious God.

Our Confession of Faith
We believe that salvation is God's free gift, given to the whole world when Jesus died on the cross. We believe that the Holy Spirit leads people to trust in this gift, and that this cannot be earned by good works. The Christian life is a response in joy to this wonderful gift.
We believe that Christ himself established two Sacraments by which the Spirit works to bring us the gift of faith: Baptism and Holy Communion. In Baptism, we are brought into Christ's Kingdom and God proclaims us to be His forgiven saints. We baptize infants in the assured faith that Baptism is an act of God, not a decision of the person being baptized. We confess that in Holy Communion we receive the true Body and Blood of Christ himself, while we eat the bread and drink of the cup. We understand this to be a mystery we cannot explain or rationalize. We simply accept it as Chris's promise and gift.
We understand worship as the primary means of our thankful response to God's grace. In addition, we believe that God calls and equips us to various ministries of service and caring in our congregation and community.
